christmas was yesterday.. new year is in a few days' time.. i love year end=) lots of holidays to loook forward to, and lots of year end sales, pre christmas sales, post christmas sales, new year sales, and whatever names they can come up with..
attended my cousin's wedding on saturday night in malaysia, and only return back to singapore on sunday evening.. wells, the wedding, is kinda ekks.. firstly, the music was way way too loud! plus the singers arent that wonderful, their singing are yucks.. then, they are exactly singing karoke, looking at the televsion on the stage and not daring to move away, in case they forgot the lines and have no where to refer to! oh my god, the singing part sucks..
the food is okays, except the sharks fins, its more like drinking plain soup, can hardly see any fins in the soup..
then, the toilet, its so dirty, and furthermore, there are no labels on the doors that indicate whether its male or female toilet.. have to go in the toilet to see if there is any standing cubicle, to confirm that it is a male toilet.. this is really bad..
okays, enough of complaining about the lousy kampong place, but what to do?? its a kampong afterall, but on the brighter side, i am fortunate to be able to see how a kampong looks like, as this scene is totally opposite of singapore.. yups, and i got to see flood, that is as high as the roof of the house! poor people, their farms and houses are spoilt by the floods and rains.. lucky i am living in singapore, where it is rather safe, other than some low lying areas, the rest of singapore are quite safe from floods..
after reaching singapore, the first thing i got, was a phone call from mrs campbell!! haha.. quite surprised=) anyways, i rushed home to get my present, and shot off for a party at calina's house, wells, jinyuan and zhenyao was there=) otherwise, i would not have gone..
didnt go to orchard with them, cos its kinda late and my eyes cannot take it, aftera not-so-good night at my uncle's house.. so went home after christmas dinner..
went to chinatown with my family yesterday=) bought a couple of watches, yups, thsoe cheapo types, cos i wont be able to wear them much in jan, so didnt bother to get those expensive ones..
okays, back to now, i am stoning in the office, cant wait for lunch time to come, at least can go out and walk walk.. heehee..
