one month since i last came here.
quite a bit of things happen.
lots of ranges this few months. lets see, 2 in jan, 1 in feb and one more coming up in march! woohoo.. just hope that the range will not last till the night. other than that, i have no other complains about having to stay in and things like that.
wells, duty has been rather slack recently, although i must say that i learnt wuite a lot since batch 10 ord, cos we are 2nd in line in seniority. hence there are lots of things which must be done and learnt by us. happy about it:) of course, this being said, we have to bear more responsibilty and have to learn to do certain things without the presence of batch 11, just to practise the situation when batch 11 ord in aug and sept.
obo, an exercise in june. affected some of the batch 11 guys, causing them to ord earlier. hence certain roles and responsibilities need to be handed down earlier than expected. wonder if i am going to be affected. either way, i am going to be affected with the ic role, its either in may or aug. lets hope its may, where the responsibility is not so huge, but i doubt so. just accept whatever that comes??
as i said, duty was quite relax recently. practically had nothing much to do. hence risk, mahjong, psp games and dvd became our good buddies. risk in the morning and afternoon if there are enough people, if not, dvd and psp games. mahjong kicks in the evening after the duty officer finishes his round. see, this is the kind of life we lead and the kind of life we wish we had;) anw, this is to compensate us for having to stay in 7 days in one shot. its just like having a field camp once in a fortnight:( somehow, we have settled down and people tend not to have so much complains about it already, at least for my batch of us:)
today is an OFF! hurray:) anyways, i think i really need to brush up on my standing broad jump to get myself a silver for ippt. after which i can get myself promoted to CFC, which means increment in pay:)
nothing much to blog about le. till the next time i come:)
