another week past. a hectic week for me, and indeed not an easy week.
tried to be firm. but turn out to be rude and impolite instead. guess its just how i handle things and my emotions. a good leader should be able to play hard and work hard at the same time, and be able to be firm when times call for it and be relaxed and joke around when its time to do so.
scolded them for not doing things properly, but didnt realised that everyone makes mistakes and a second chance could easily be given to them. haiz. guess i upset and disappoint quite a number of people, apologetic about that, shall work hard to improve myself.
i dont know if i am able to be as good an ic as yb or kh or even k9, but i promised i will work hard to improve myself, my ops and my pr. not only that, i will work hard to improve on all the others' ops also, especially the new guys! thats my aim as an ic. shall work towards it, no idea what is the results, but just hope that i will ord feeling happy that i have done a good job in my ic days.
one last duty week with my upperstudy around, before he goes for his operation in iraq! jia you to k12, ck and gk also! all our upperstudy are going off soon!
