alrights, back.
this weekend was kind of crazy and busy for me! oh wells, not forgetting the hectic and disappointing duty week.
duty week. already counting down to my last duty cycle. however, realised that the standards of all coxswains are dropping and it is tremendous and obvious. i was wondering what had i not done to prevent such things from happening. is it my fault that i didnt teach them well or are they the cause of it, not learning everything?? haiz, i guess it mainly my fault. always doing everything by myself, to ensure that nothing goes wrong, but didnt give them enough chance for hand on. i really regret it.
a big sorry to my new ic. i didnt teach them well, resulting in a big burden on you. really apologetic to you. but i believe you will be a better ic than me, having seen 2 ic's totally different working method. hope that you are able to keep the good stuffs and change the bad practice that we had. jia you, i chose you simply because you are able to do it and be a good ic, bring romeo to a greater height and you will be a good helper to msg and sir.
saturday. went fishing with hk, alvin, zd and sk. wells, changi beach is not a very good place to fish, it seems, never mind, next time i shall rent a boat and we go out to fish, ya?
afternoon, rush down to fky for meeting, and in the night got lesson at fky. oic is not around, hence there seems to be a rushing around for everything. wells, seems like oic is of some use, huh?
wells, another hectic week shall start for me tomorrow. havent even finish handing over my romeo ic role, yet on the other hand, have to start to learn rope to being a ojt (on job training) instructor. wells, loads of work to be done, but i am sure i can do it well. jia you!
